We are the Italian engineering and contracting expert with the capability, skills and proven experience to deliver <\/strong>transport electrification projects<\/strong> nationally and internationally.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thanks to our long and successful history in the rail industry spanning a century, we are well positioned to understand and meet the needs of a wide range of rail customers <\/strong>throughout the entire project life cycle: design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of turnkey projects for traditional and High Speed railways, mass transit and Light Rail systems.<\/p>\n

Since September 2024, the company has been part of the GCF Generale Costruzioni Ferroviarie<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0group, an Italian excellence in the field of railway track construction, electrification and signalling with a significant European and international presence.<\/p>\n<\/div>

A century of activity is more than a milestone.
\nIt is proof of a legacy built through one hundred years of industrial evolution, continuously adapting to change while embracing innovation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our story began in 1926, when<\/strong> SAE (Societ\u00e0 Anonima Elettrificazione)<\/span> started the electrification works on the double-track railway line connecting Bolzano and Brenner. Over the decades, acquisitions, mergers, and integration into major industrial groups in the energy sector, including ABB and Alpiq, as well as in transport and infrastructure, including Balfour Beatty and Colas Rail, have marked the key milestones of a remarkable journey. This journey reached a new chapter in 2024, when our Italian company became part of GCF \u2013 Generale Costruzioni Ferroviarie.<\/span><\/p>\n

Throughout this evolution, our core business and specialist expertise in electric traction systems have remained the defining elements of our identity<\/strong>.
