Code of Ethics

GCFE’s ethical references are the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2011 and the Code of Ethics.

Our Code of Ethics sets out clearly the values which we inspire, defines Company liabilities in achieving business objectives and fully incorporates both the requirements of the GCF Generale Costruzioni Ferroviarie Group and the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/01.

Specifically, it expresses the commitments and ethical responsibilities in the conduct of business and company activities undertaken by directors, employees, third parties as well as suppliers, partners and/or persons who have relations of any kind with the Company.

Organisational model

GCFE has adopted the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001 to ensure that the behaviour of all those working on behalf or in the interests of the Company always complies with the regulations and standards and is consistent with the principles of fairness and transparency in the conduct of business and company activities.

The Company has adopted a system for managing reports – including anonymous reports, provided they are adequately substantiated – concerning unlawful or illegal conduct.
Reports can be made through the WHISTLEBLOWING, platform, which is considered a preferred channel as it is suitable for guaranteeing the confidentiality of the identity of the person making the report.
