Whistleblowing reports

The term whistleblowing refers to the spontaneous reporting by an individual, called a “whistleblower,” of a misconduct or irregularity committed within an entity, which he or she witnessed in the course of his or her duties. The whistleblower is often an employee but can also be a third party, for example, a supplier or customer.
